Ah the locals.. Love ‘em or loathe ‘em, they are the heart of the place they call « theirs ». Proud supporters of the local community, they show great pride in their roots and take care of the land they were risen upon.
This can however be translated by a sense of entitlement and rejection of the « foreigner », « tourist », the non-local. But don’t be put off by the sound of a minority of dim wits, the local is a loving character who’s willing to share his secret to the person who shows respect and appreciation to where they are.
The design is inspired by the civil rights movement of the 60’s in the sense that everyone who lives somewhere should have the same rights than those who claim they were there first…
We’ve chosen a vibrant and dynamic 80’s cut with that trademark looseness, perfect for the hot scorching summer days of the Basque Country. I don’t know about you, but the last thing I want to wear after baking in the sun is a tight piece.
