HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE domestic shipping (within France). For international orders, we offer a flat rate of 15 € via standard post service and FREE shipping for orders over 150 €, and 35 € via UPS Express. For more information, please visit the Shipping page
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If the items you have ordered are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 days, but usually the next business day. Shipping to France will take between 1 and 3 business days and international shipping 3-8 business days via postal service and 1-3 business days via DHL.
CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX OR HOTEL?
Within France, we can ship to a PO Box, but sadly cannot ship to hotels.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
As a small company, we are able to change your order. To do so, please contact us within an hour after ordering, including your invoice number in the message. To avoid this situation as much as possible, we ask you to please double check your shipping address and order before checking out.
WILL THERE BE DELAYS?
As a small company, there may be delays during busy periods, events or within 5 days of a new collection launch. If you order via UPS Express, your order will be dispatched the same business day, or the day after.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?
All prices are charged in Euro.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes, we offer 21 day returns on all items (excluding sale items) for a refund, and 31 day returns for a store credit. For more information, please read our full Return Policy
Your return must be in original condition with their tags attached.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the fault.
